Case Submission Forms
The standard case submission form, a DCFL Form 1, is designed for use with
most examinations. This form allows for submissions requesting a spectrum
of different types of exams on the evidence or media corresponding with it.
Due to their special requirements, requests for support in the areas of
network intrusions, malware analysis, and reverse engineering have their
own separate request form, DCFL Form 1A. These requests require more
focused information to provide the correct support, thus the 1A form has
more focused questions to pinpoint specific exam requirements. If you
